Before commencing his Real Estate career, Sujoy worked for one of Canada’s largest financial organizations in roles regarding fraud analysis and risk management. Here he honed his stakeholder management, numerical analysis, and negotiation skills through dealings with both public-facing and enterprise clientele.
In addition to this, Sujoy’s experience through running a successful multi-property management company provided him with great insight into the world of real estate investing and management. While scaling his company, he rapidly expanded his network to learn from some of the GTA’s most successful players in the real estate space and mastered the dos and don’ts of Canadian real estate investment. When both his tenured and new clients began to ask him for advice regarding their next real estate investment and how to best leverage their assets, Sujoy knew it was time to pursue a full-time career as a Real Estate Professional.
Sujoy has been a resident of the GTA since childhood and got to nurture strong relationships with local business owners and community members. Through dealing with a multitude of clientele in the GTA, Waterloo Region, and Niagara, Sujoy developed a very detailed understanding of the Real Estate landscape in these areas and can guide you on the best practices of purchasing your next property there.
